Come getaway at the Lake of the Ozarks in a quiet cove in Porto Cima neighborhood. Located near the Porto Cima Golf course- come get away for a guys golf trip. Ladies can enjoy a trip catching up and be close to all the shopping. Families can enjoy quality time together and the strip for activities and great dining nearby.
The space
With plenty of places to hang out, this home is ideal for anyone looking to getaway. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 main living areas with tvs, and numerous places to sit outside. Outdoors enjoy the large wrap around porch, a lower level outdoor space with couches as well as a fire pit down by the water with spots to relax. Please note- there is no dock at this location, however there is lake access and it is nestled in the very back of a quiet cove. It is in close proximity to boat rental businesses, ramps to launch boats from, or plenty of local restaurants with pools etc.

Guests staying here have access to all of the property, as well as a washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, and much more.
Other things to note
There is a garage with a EV charger for TESLA bring an adapter for other manufacturers. The driveway can hold multiple cars for parking or is a great space to watch deer and other animals. The driveway is steep, but it isn’t an issue for getting to the house. There is no dock at this location, but plenty of marinas nearby to dock your own boat or rent a boat. Located near the famous “strip” for a fun time and lots of great restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping.
